White House Black Market has been a leader in women's workwear fashion. I was the lead designer creating the petite landing page, a new initiative to expand the key customer base since Petites was a growing market.

Explorations

As this was a new landing page, I began with sketches to balance user and business goals while keeping the design true to the brand and imagery-driven. The key objective was to integrate the petite size guide directly into the hero.

Final Designs

The final design featured a clean header with a Q&A explaining petites and a “View Size Chart” CTA that triggered a modal with the guide. After closing it, users could scroll to discover trend reports, styling tips, and curated petite categories. I paired the sleek black-and-white hero image with a bold text contrast, ensuring clarity and impact. Delivered on a tight timeline, the page became an essential resource for both new and existing petite customers.

Reflection

  • Landing page to Petite PDP's had a 3% conversion rate.
  • Increase in RPV from the Petite customer.
  • Mobile accounted for around 87% of the traffic. 6 months post-launch the team continued to iterate this landing page focusing on the mobile experience.
